Interview
Don't apply to this company. I lasted only a day. First for the interviews they tell you to come a certain time but made a few of us wait over an hour ( now if you have another job at the time that really isn't fair and so inconsiderate of people.. we all value the time we have in a day ) second they make you come in 2 hours before you even have to start then you'll work for another 10 hours. They make you drive across the whole state and don't even pay you for gas or ware and tare on your car. My first day I made 3 sales and for every sale you need to pay tax on it ( 2 dollars or so ) .. but the guys I went with told me I owed them 40 dollars for taxes.. those 2 only cared about themselves and about making money nothing else.. they even got into a fight with some random guy in a parking lot.. and these guys were ready to be promoted to managers! This company violates so many laws and would not work here.. unless you don't care about making money or having a personal life outside of work.

Interview
They will contact you via mail and then call you. They will pretend that the position is only available at the moment so you act upon it right away. However two weeks later you could still get into the interview without any problem. The first interview is like any first interview, they introduce you to the company and ask you few questions about your experience. Then again they will pretend that they will get back to you with their decision at the end of the week or next week but they will give you the second interview right away. The last interview you will get with your direct supervisor, they will show you the detail about the job position process. Which seemed crazy for me, maybe it was real or maybe just a scam. It did not feel right to me. They directly asked that I start the next day. And when I asked for some time to review the position, the first individual who interviewed me got crazy. Started speaking really aggressively. This is when I knew that the company was not a fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why would we choose you in comparison to any other individual?
They were able to get back right away to schedule for an interview. Interview process was really quick, the interviewer did most of the talking, describing what this job entails. From what was described, this was basically a door-to-door sales type of position, meaning they want you to talk to local businesses selling products from providers (when I last went, makeup products). Definitely not what I was looking for in a marketing position.
