Tickto interview questions

HR asked me to come for an Interview.There was no tech guys or manager who interviewed me.I entered the office.There was 5 employees including a peon.The HR asked me question: Fisrt she asked tell me about your professional life. Then she said why I want to leave my current organuzation. The next then she told there will be no team you have to do everything individuallly. I said OK.Then she asked how many bids you can place.I said 10-15.She was surprised.She also don't know about proposal and RFP but pretended as she knows everything. She was literally shouting at the time of interview. Please hire some tech people and operations manager who can take the inetrview.HR can't take a tech business manager's interview. Pathetic experience.
