One interview in front of a panel of four people. Wrote code on the board, was asked to improve it and find the big oh of the code. They asked questions about C and C#. I received a job offer about two weeks after the in-person interview.

Saw ad online and sent resume and cover letter, got email back and eventually led to phone interview then in person. Few weeks after that got the call that I got the job.
