The process was good enough. The interviewers and questions asked where approapiate, still, providing visibility on the candidates would have been better-. The process was very long and I feel it would have been useful to have visibility on where we were standing. Also, the career development information as well as the salary progression was vague, and I believe it would have been useful to have a better sense of that throughout the process.
