I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Eagan, MN) in Dec 2019
Interview
I am a recent college graduate in search of my first out-of-college job. Soon after I applied through their website, I received an automated email to set up a phone interview with their HR personnel. The interview itself wasn't that difficult. They only asked basic interview questions and were more focused on my experience and the tools that I'm familiar with. Despite my matching educational background and my BI internship experience (where I did exactly what they're looking for), the interviewer sounded very perplexed by my interest in this position just because I had more experience doing IT support.
Also, they asked me about my citizenship status explicitly which is in violation of EEO guidelines, and they sounded disinterested instantly after finding out I wasn't a citizen (although I have work authorization). Haven't heard back from them in over a month now.
