Initially I received an email from the HR Manager regarding a phone interview which went pretty well. I was later followed up by a second interview with the Manager which went decent too. I believe there should be some sort of empathy, ethics and professionalism as the candidate is literally putting so much time and efforts to get a job. The least they can do is inform them if they're selected or rejected rather than keeping them ghosted. (PS: even after following up with a mail, I didn't get any response)
