Third Bridge Associate Client Consultant interview questions

The interview experience I had with Third Bridge's Dallas location was quite concerning. I went into the interview well-prepared, having spent a significant amount of time researching the company. However, the line of questioning during the interview was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. After mentioning that I had learned about Third Bridge through a recruiter, I was immediately hit with a barrage of invasive questions. The interviewers repeatedly asked if the recruiter had provided me with coaching or interview preparation, which was not the case. Also, they interrupted my responses to other questions by asking if I had used Glassdoor to prepare, implying that I was somehow being dishonest in my answers. I didn't see the reason for this question and would assume that everyone prepping well for an interview often looks at Glassdoor for reviews and insight from former candidates. The overall tone of the interview was one of distrust and skepticism, rather than a genuine attempt to evaluate my qualifications. I felt like I was wasting the interviewers' time, and they made it clear throughout the process that I would not be moving forward to the next round. While Third Bridge seems like a reputable company, the interviewing approach used by this particular location was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer failed to demonstrate any interest or engagement, and their invasive questioning made the experience very unpleasant.
