I applied on craigslist and got a call. The phone interview was pretty quick, and they set a date to come in to the head office. There, we went over my resume and I talked briefly about my experience. I also took a test about my subject to prove I knew what I was talking about (easy) and gave a 10 minute sample lecture on my subject. The interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. The next interview was with the manager at the location I was hoping to work at. It wasn't really an interview in the sense that I already seemed to be accepted, and she just gave me a bit more information about the job. Also very nice.
