ThinkPlace User Experience Designer interview questions

Long process, over 10 hours of putting in work, and nearly 2.5 months of a wait to be ghosted by the hiring manager. The overall mission of ThinkPlace is good, and the people that work there seem genuinely nice and forward-thinking, but their organisation and lack of empathy for their interviewee was a huge disappointment. The company should re-design the entire hiring system, it's not okay to get interview over 30 people for more about 10 hours each with no compensation or response.
