If the company is not ready to offer the expected salary they need not call the candidate for the interview. After 3 days of interview and so much screening processes, quoting the lowest salary in market is worse. Advice to interviewing panel : Please keep in mind that if you need a candidate with so much skills you should be ready to pay enough. Without spending you cannot get a quality of work.
