Long and misleading. The staff was very nice and polite, but the interview process was very long to be told I wasn’t a great fit. I went through a total of four interviews, three being online and one in person.

Interview
The interview process starting with an initial screening with the internal hiring manager where we discussed my resume and general experience/skills. After that there was a call with the Sales Engineer manager where we focused mainly on Thermo Systems as a company and how my role would fit into the team. Finally there was an in person interview where I toured the office and met with other members of the sales engineering team.
