I applied in-person. I interviewed at Thermo Systems (Omaha, NE) in Mar 2024
Interview
I had a great interview experience. They flew me out to their site and introduced me to the team. Both managers asked an equal balance of technical questions along with personality/culture fit questions. They were very accommodating. It was a great experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Systems in Apr 2026
Interview
I received an email asking for my availability within the next 2–3 business days for an interview, and I replied the same day. I did not receive a response until two business days later, around 5 PM. We then scheduled an online interview for the next day, and I received a reminder from the recruiter two hours beforehand.
I joined the interview early, but no one attended for the full 30-minute scheduled time. I sent a follow-up email afterward and have still not received any response several weeks later. Even if they decided to move forward with another candidate, a brief update or communication would have been appreciated.

Interview
Had a call with HR first, then had a 40-50 min teams interview with the hiring manager, then was invited on site for the final set of interviews where a few different people interviewed me including the hiring manager. Was a good experience overall.
