They just want to see if people are friendly, positive, and team oriented. They want to teach people how to do the job, and want people dedicated to helping the team. It is never taken for granted when you put in good effort and help other people.

They asked what I knew about controls and Thermo Systems in general? They asked about prior work experience and how I thought that experience led me to Thermo. They asked if I felt I was team-oriented, and if I would be willing to help people out? They also asked how my major would prepare me for the job.
