Thematic interview questions

I've done a lot of interviews in my years and I have to say this experience was poor and bizarre. Same as others have mentioned here, I did 3 rounds of interviews and they said they would get back to me but never did. Were asked some really silly questions. The interviews often started semi hostile and can devolve to be more hostile if you cannot find some common grounds. The interviews often didn't start on time because someone's late. Also the salary was far below market rate.
