They literally called me the morning after i applied in the evening. I didn't realise but this would be my impromptu interview.
The onboarding process then took another couple of months.
Phone Interview with hiring manager for about 20-30 minutes. It was fairly straightforward discussing about you and your experience in working with children. You also require to provide valid certificates as well.

The process was fast, the services don't really reply to any email, when I thought they may not contact me again, they called, the service is not very organised. The organisation is very hard to reach, when I call back to the phone call, no one replies, the time they contacted me again was few days later.

when they ask me about any big events that may impact my work, I mentioned my placement, so I was excluded
