Interview
6 round interview. Please don't bother, especially if you're a college graduate. I will be fair, the 6 people I interviewed with was nice. However, they all just asked the same questions in these separate 1 hour interviews.
I'm not necessarily mad about the rejection. But the fact they dragged it out to 6 interviews (when it could have been 1 seeing they all asked the same questions) is what made me want to pause job hunting. This one (or 6) really knocked me down.
Edit: This was an entry level position. So you can see why I'm frustrated about the interview process.

Scheduled for an interview by the HR, but HR did not turn up or respond to emails. It seems like HR in APAC ghosts people a lot, based on the comments here.

The interview process was fairly standard. The recruiter asked me a bunch of questions and we chatted about my goals, salary expectations and the role.
Everything was great, but it took them 1 month to get back to me to get scheduled with the hiring manager. In between that 1 month, I followed up with them 2 weeks after our initial chat and I was ghosted.

I applied online with a referral then a recruiter contacted me for a phone call. 30 min meeting with the hiring manager, 30 min meeting with the department director, take-home test, presentation of take-home test to a panel The response time between rounds is slow. It took about 3 months to get to the final round. Take-home test takes an average of 4 hours to complete and requires a lot of adtech knowledge as well as market research
