I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (New Delhi)
Interview
The interview process was tedious and long. I underwent 5 rounds including 1 presentation preparation and delivery to a panel of 5 people and Q&A on the presentation. It was an interesting interaction, but the downside being the HR feedback post the 5th interview when I was awaiting the result. After 5 rigorous rounds (which were 1 hour interaction each), the HR told me that due to 1 question that I couldn't answer to their satisfaction in the 2nd round (presentation), hence they would not be moving ahead with my candidature. It felt really bad, because post that round I appeared for 3 more rounds which went amazingly well and I was praised on the depth of presentation that I created and presented. If the feedback from 2nd round had to be considered as the final one, then why were 3 more rounds conducted and my 3 hours were wasted directly and a lot of hours where I prepared indirectly. The whole feedback gave a bitter taste and I would never want to interview at TTD again.
