Applied via referral. Interviewed with recruiter followed by hiring manager next day.
Very unprofessional process overall:
-Hiring Manager didn't respond after initial followup.
-Recruiter took 3+ weeks to return a simple "no" from the Hiring Manager; had 0 understanding or knowledge on why the application was not being given further consideration.
