Interview
This was back in 2018. The company turned out to a direct marketing system. While the first interview was a group interview, the second was one on one deal where I ushered to do various activities at a Best buy down the street from the complex the company resided at. It was clear by the time I was done with their questions and activities that they had very different idea in mind for my employment than I did. While I applied as a customer service rep, they were bringing me on board as a direct salesman.
While interviewer was nice upon first impressions, he became very nitpicky and aggressive the more we talked. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. Definetely avoid if direct marketing is NOT what you had applied for in the first place.

Interview
I was called by the HR assistant about two days after I sent in on my application on LinkedIn. She was friendly seemed really invested in my past experience and after about a 5-7 minute chat she invited me in for an interview to come meet with the director for a brief interview to get into more detail! I came in and met with their director who is from England originally, he had a very interesting background, was also really interested in my background as well. I could tell he really wanted to know me and what I was looking for and it was really refreshing after all the interviews I have been on and felt like a number. It definitely surprised me because there was a lot of people in the lobby! I found out they share office space which made me feel better. I went on a second interview got to spend the full day with the company and had the best time. I learned a lot in such a short period of time, loved the people I met, the fast paced environment, over all great experience.
