Extremely slow and poor communication from HR. My email questions were never followed up and no feedback was given on my task. Generic rejection email was sent over a month later despite numerous emails asking for an update earlier.

application via web form on the company website, very extensive personal and professional questions
after the process was completed i received no contact ever
I waited for several months and finally contacted them for an update. they apologised but they had fulfilled the position and they thought they had communicated this to all applicants but evidently not
it felt very unprofessional and somehow fulfilled via internal networks rather than the very time consuming application process
