Received email invite to meet with the Operations Manager onsite. Charming and direct. Declared me over-qualified for the role, but genuinely seemed to care. First ever walking interview, held entirely al fresco.

Interview
They hired me on the spot, promising they would bring up my pay once there was room for it. I was given countless duties and not paid fairly. i was promised a review in a few weeks but that never came. Still, I took on the responsibilities and completed projects during the given time line. I dealt with staff who changed schedules almost daily. When a staff member could not cover a shift, I was there to cover otherwise It was my fault.
