There are way too many rounds of interviews within the interview process for a minimum wage position in the hospitality industry - this was quite strange to me having previously worked in similar establishments. However, everyone I spoke to from a management level was courteous, professional, and friendly.

How do you see your future within the restaurant industry, say, within the next 5 years?
Emailed my availability to the owner before travelling for the interview to avoid wasting mine and their time if it did not suit the role they were trying to fill. I was told my availability was fine, so I traveled (over two hours) to the interview to meet the manager. The only thing she said was that my availability would not work for her and to get in contact if my availability changed.
