The Sphere Agency interview questions

Received and email for an interview within a week of applying for the role. Had a 30min Zoom interview with the Senior Art Director and Account Director. We went a little over time as I had a few additional questions. Both seemed very nice and personable and all of the questions were relevant to the role. The only thing I could fault was that the salary for the role was very low. They mentioned some flex to negotiate for the right candidate, but it was a very low starting rate. I received a follow-up email within a week to state I hadn't been successful in progressing to the next stage. It was all very prompt, and professional and the communication throughout the process was very good.
