Interview
It is quite easy. They have friendly staffs. You need to answer some logic and personality tests. Has 5 level. HR Audit manager GM Audit Committee president After passing all the interviews with them now you need process all the necessary requirements. Then can start immediately.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Riviera Golf Club (Silang, Province of Cavite) in Feb 2019
Interview
You will be initially assessed by the HR Assistant with an initial interview and employment exams. Then interview with the HR Supervisor about basic information and job experience, if there is any. You will be forwarded to the HR manager who most of time asks situational questions, you have to show off in this interview because he often accept applicants that has impressive answers. You will also be interviewed by department managers depending on the position you're applying for.
