The Perse School Cambridge interview questions

Very well organised, friendly staff members, got a good oversight of the role and its place within the school. Great interview questions, panel were very personable, evidently a very collaborative environment

I was asked to prepare a self-introduction and lesson plan with only a day’s notice before the interview. The discussion with the principal and head of school was engaging and positive. However, the conversation with HR was less constructive, as several questions felt irrelevant or unnecessarily negative. Following the interview, I did not receive any reply to my email or update regarding the outcome.
