The Nature Conservancy Finance & Operations Manager interview questions

Contacted about a week after posting closed. Asked to complete a screening questionnaire. Couple weeks after that was submitted, contacted for 30 minute phone screen. Shortly after that contacted for full interview via zoom with 3 person panel. All questions from questionnaire and panel interview were standard and all people were friendly and conversational. And made me feel comfortable. Only issue had was with post interview, lack of communication. Hiring Manager stated they were making a decision within next couple of business days. I reached out 3 different times over following 10 days and no response. I had to call to finally get a response (which I already had guessed). Post interview communication was not good!
