I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Nature Conservancy (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
Within four days of submitting my application I received an email from a TNC recruiter. We scheduled a phone call, and had a lovely 45-minute exploratory conversations just a day later. Within 24 hours, I received both a compassionate voicemail and a thoughtful email letting me know TNC was moving forward with other candidates.
The recruiters degree of compassion and consideration for my wellbeing throughout the process was unparalleled.

Interview
Very slow response time; looks like many positions are advertised but interviews are not conducted. The positions are filled within the employees' networks by the looks of it. I received a call regarding one of the positions I applied for after 7-8 months.
