I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Motley Fool (Washington, DC) in Oct 2020
Interview
A thorough interview process that took around two months from initial contact to offer. The assessment was content-based and highly representative of one of the key parts of the role (content creation/design).
The final interview stage consisted of multiple short interviews with Fools from different areas of the business. Although there was pressure of being in an interview process, I enjoyed the interactions I had and meeting potential colleagues. This part of the process also gave me good insight into culture at TMF.
The interview process was pretty well organized and HR followed up well throughout.

Question 1
Lots of scenarios based questions. Process oriented, if then else. They really try to understand the personality and make sure that you gel with the folks you will be working with. The company culture is really important to them - and they take care to recruit people who share their values.
