The Motley Fool Freelance Backend Developer Python interview questions

I had a phone screen with internal recruiter which was on a Friday, then a panel with hiring manager, data engineer and lead developer the following Monday. This was a one and done interview. The interview was laid back, but I got the impression from the beginning that when they saw me, I wasn't liked by the lead engineer. Maybe ageism or that I was from the United States?
