I had 8 interviews - first with the CMO, then the CEO, and then other individuals from varying departments (product, data science, HR, brand, etc). I was told after this I would received feedback, even if I did not receive an offer.
Overall, the conversations went well. As the first interviews were with the CMO and CEO, the fact that I had several interviews afterwards communicated that there was potential. The only reason why I am leaving a negative evaluation is because there was zero follow up afterwards. I followed up a few times, but after 8 interviews I was never told I did not get the job, that another candidate was chosen, that the post was eliminated, etc.
The CMO eventually left and reached out to me personally to keep in touch for the future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Marketing and acquisition questions quite standard for lead generation in this industry; how to evaluate data and balance between ROI and branding; product asked questions around A/B testing, data science more theoretical and statistical questions; questions as well regarding work-life balance
I applied online. I interviewed at The League (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
The interview process was quick and but took a lot of hours of personal time - and at the end I had to beg for a response. I had multiple phone interviews, had to do multiple test projects (because they decided to change the test project after I had already done it), had me come in for an in-person interview and I then had to follow up multiple times to find out I was not hired.

Question 1
A variety of test questions for concierge, support, and social media posting.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The League (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Application led to an onsite within weeks. I thought things were going well during and post onsite....but then I got straight up ghosted. No communications whatsoever. Really? Not even an email that they won't be moving forward with me?
This really speaks volumes about the company and people working there. This is clearly not a mature organization.

Question 1
Lots of questions around using data to make a case for fixing something. Sounds like they have a culture of pushback, where everything needs to be fought for.
