Very engaging interview. A presentation was made, followed by questions. The interview was very technical and the interviewers were experts in their fields. They were looking for a candidate to complement their existing competencies

What do you understand about agile software development principles
I applied online. I interviewed at The James Hutton Institute (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Oct 2022
Interview
One of the worst, unprofessional interviewing panels ever. One of the interviewer showed his frustration towards me openly by throwing a pen on the table and looking at one of the other panel members as to imply that I am an idiot. Technical questions asked to a silly level. I would like to see them reply to some of my questions and see how they do. One has to work a very specific field for such questions, which are not difficult per se, all material that can be easily reviewed but that will trip you up at an interview. Just bad bad form in general. Maybe I was unlucky that day..maybe it was not my best interview but the panel was definitely hostile.
