Phone Screen, then virtual interview. Overall, it was a great experience. I enjoyed the people, all seemed friendly and gave great insight into the position. They just doubled the size of their organization, sounds like things were moving fast. From applying to interviewing, it took two weeks, pretty fast compared to other companies that I've applied to.
