First interview was general conversation , second interview was a role play activity and the third interview was questions with answers in the STAR format. The first 2 interviews went well the third interview I was very nervous for and ended up jumbling up the different scenarios I had prepared. Also the tone of the interview changed when I mentioned I was gay.
