The interview process was simply amazing. Rather than asking questions based on your experience (other than with the program itself), topics focused on your overall interests and attitude towards life and your university. This funneled the choice of questions asked by seeking to illuminate what is at the core of your being and beliefs. It helped sort out those who were merely interested to those who were transformed by their experience and felt compelled to help change the course of other students' lives.
