All candidates were chatting and getting along in the waiting room prior to the interview, then we were invited inside. They go through a brief introduction to the company history, your role, and extras (travel trips, friday drinks, ect). You are then split into groups of two (or three if uneven numbers) and you are asked to learn a list of things about the other person such as why they're fit for this role, their crazy experiences, and an embarrassing story. I thought this was super fun, it made the interview really light hearted and less tense. It's important that you don't be shy, have fun with it and be weird. They want people who aren't scared of what others think, as they make the best fundraisers.
Once you've presented your person, the interviewer goes through a few more things, asks if we have questions and all that. Some people are selected for part two of the interview progress called a 'Skill Share' which is generally the following week, or if you are really good they'll do it that day!
