Interview
Normal interview with usual questions:
- tell me about yourself
-strengths and weaknesses
-customer service experience
-where do you see yourself in 5 years
These questions are not very hard you just need to relate them to the job spec .
Things might be different now as the management changed however reception interviews are usually the same.
