Interview
Sent an application by email with a cover letter and video answering questions. I got an email response 2-3 weeks later asking to meet up for an interview two days later, which was very tricky to prepare enough for it outside of work hours.
Interview was run by 3 members of staff including the UK country manager and lasted about half an hour with usual interview questions.
