It was a little odd. Every interview had another candidate that I was up against in the zoom. First interview had like 4 other people in it with me and just went over when you want to start, where you live/go to school. Basic stuff like that. Also the pay seemed odd doesn’t seem like I’d make much.

Question 1
Can you tell us what inspires you when doing a job?
Very Friendly and Open to Questions explained a lot about how the company works and what to expect. Was very in and out of the interview fairly quickly. Interviewer was very nice
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Dryden Group (Bergen op Zoom) in Mar 2023
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews where in the first 2 there was little questions asked to me, it was more of a presentation. Also in the first two rounds I was interviewed on zoom with 3+ other applicants to the job. The interviewer made it seem like this was a great up and coming small business that worked with non-profits and carried out a passion-driven worklife. I was very disappointed after I got the job offer and then took time to research the company to find a scary amount of horrible reviews and warnings not to work there.
