I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connection at St Martin’s (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Not a great experience; not welcoming. Apart from the receptionist, there was no warming into the interview; it was intense from the beginning. Wouldnt recommend it; I left feeling quite deflated.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connection at St Martin’s (London, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
They agreed to interview me virtually as I was based outside London at the time. Interview was quite a fast paced for a final-stage, panel interview (they asked 7 questions).
They also had a timed 15 minute social media task where they sent you a report on their work with homeless women and asked to create 3 social media posts on either a single or multiple social media platforms. I felt like I wasn't asked the right questions or enough opportunity to discuss my candidacy and I was able to see my screen through their cameras which threw me off a lot. I could hear my voice through feedback as well, which was distracting.
Overall an average interview experience, a little intimidating and weren't very interested in getting to know my personality/character. Questions were a mix of skill and competency based.
