Many thanks for your response, and we are surprised to hear of this feedback following your recent interview.
This matter has been looked into by TA function manager, we can see no evidence of interviews been rearranged on multiple occasions for this role for any rejected candidates who was involved in the process from the 1st stage and the final stage. The only instance of a call being moved was an interview preparation meeting, however, the candidate was given notice of this well in advance and had no issues in moving the call. We are also very accommodating if something needs to be rearranging due to a unforeseen circumstance with the candidate. Our priority is to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Regarding multiple interview rounds there are only two involved in the process, along with a psychometric assessment, and a HR screening call before any official interview is arranged. All interview feedback is private and confidential to each individual candidate so we are unsure as to how this would be the same to every candidate as every candidate performs differently. Each candidate is given open and honest feedback to help them improve for other interviews in the future. We also offer interview preparation calls as part of our process to ensure any nerves or questions are answered before the two interviews. As a business we do set out essential and desirable requirements before any roles goes live, but until we meet candidates in the process we are unable to define who we want beforehand as each person is different.
