The Center for Responsive Politics interview questions

Applied for position and was asked to take a personality inventory, to which I complied. They reached out and (impersonally) asked me to take a SQL assessment test, which I did. They asked if if I was available for a 20-minute interview and I gave them a time slot. Waited around for an hour then gave up. Pretty sure I’ve been ghosted because that was the last communication I received. No Zoom/Teams link, no follow-up, nothing. My requests for a response were ignored. Very unprofessional. At least they got some free demographic research data from me.
