Interview with the manager is pretty casual and straightforward. They asked a few questions about my previous experience, ideal work style or work environment. Definitely asked about prior surgical experience if you have any, and how you participated. Depending on how this interview goes, then you also get to meet with the doctor you're gonna work with, and have a shorter interview same thing about prior experience, they tell you what their expectations are and see what your response is to see if you fit their work style too
