I had a highly unprofessional experience with the interview process at this company. Initially, I applied for the Junior Backend Developer position and was asked to complete two online assessments on the TestGorilla platform. These assessments took me about 3-4 hours in total, and I succeeded in completing them.
Following the assessments, my offline interview was scheduled for a specific date, which I confirmed. However, just before the interview day, they rescheduled it to a later date, and I again confirmed my availability.
On the rescheduled interview day, I arrived at the office as planned. The HR representative asked me to wait a few minutes for the interviewer. After waiting for 20-30 minutes, the same HR representative informed me that the person responsible for the interview had left the office due to some 'important' work. Consequently, the HR representative conducted the interview, which only consisted of basic HR questions.
A few days later, I received a notification that I was not selected for the position. The entire process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To add to this, the position is always open on some job portals, leading me to believe they might be running some kind of SCAM. I wasted my time, money, and efforts on this process!

We find that our process whilst intensive is necessary as it ensures that the right candidates are selected for the job in a very competitive climate.
