I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Big Initiative (Manchester, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied for the role over LinkedIn, and was contacted soon after by a fellow called Neil. We had a brief chat during a telephone interview, he seemed pleasant enough and I was invited to physically interview in their Deansgate office.
On the day I had to cancel due to a family emergency which took precedence. I contacted Neil early on and notified him of this, apologised and asked if I could come in earlier or a day later. He replied saying that they would be in touch to organise another interview.
This never happened. I emailed him back twice again giving my availability to interview, only to be ignored. I feel that this was extremely unprofessional and soured me on the company. Looking at the other reviews, I feel like I've had a lucky escape.
