Straightforward interview process with two to three interviews. It starts with a teams meeting where you learn about the company and the position. It sounded like a nice family owned and run business with a long history of real estate acquisition and management.

Phone interview, then one on one in person interviews with 5 top level employees. People are very easy going and down to earth. The company runs like a family business and you can feel the warm and cooperative vibes when you interview.

Explain tenant improvement projects and CAPEX projects from prior employer.
Interview process was fluid and straight forward. I was asked about my background and previous work experience, common challenges faced and how they were addressed. The interview lasted about an hour. I was asked a variety of questions that demonstrated understanding of industry and client expectations.
