I applied online. I interviewed at The Advance Group (Sylvania, OH)
Interview
Great staff, very welcoming. The interview process was comfortable and easy. The onboarding paperwork was a piece of cake using my cell. I qualified for several jobs and was able to determine the best fit working with my recruiter.

Question 1
They asked questions about what type of work, shift, location and advancement I was looking for.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at The Advance Group (Monroe, MI) in Jan 2021
Interview
Make an appointment, create an account on their website at the office where you upload your resume/work history and skills, then you interview with one of the agents and are given a list of current open positions and the choice of which you’re interested in. For general labor typically you pick an assignment and are given it without further interviews, as long as you can pass the drug test (mouth swab). For clerical work, whatever company is hiring will usually want the job seeker to come to their location and conduct a second interview. If offered the position you will return to the Advance office to complete the drug screen, paperwork and any relevant safety videos.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Advance Group (Toledo, OH)
Interview
The interview was extremely short and the recruiter was reading directly off of a question sheet. I didn’t get the feeling that they were interested in speaking with me at all. I never received a rejection email from the company, which I found extremely unprofessional coming from a staffing agency.
