The process was smooth and well-communicated. It began with an initial phone screening with an HR recruiter about my background and interest in Adaptavist. This was followed by a technical take-home assessment, which was a practical, small coding problem focused on problem-solving rather than obscure algorithms. The final stage was a two-part virtual interview: first, a technical discussion with two engineers where we walked through my solution, discussed design choices, and worked on a simple whiteboard problem. Second, a behavioural/cultural chat with a team lead and a senior developer, focusing on collaboration, learning style, and passion for technology. The entire process took about 3.5 weeks from application to offer.
