I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thatchers Cider in Sept 2024
Interview
Short and informal initial Teams interview to discuss CV, then an on site interview and site tour which lasted a couple of hours. The 2nd interview consisted of a presentation which I really enjoyed. There wasn't a lot of questions in the second interview, it was more a discussion of culture/fast paced business. Sadly, declined due to salary.

Interview
One of the strangest / concerning interview processes I have undertaken - a full day assessment centre in an ‘ apprentice’ style 6 round ‘task’ based interview. By the 4th round I had decided that this was not the businesses for me but still had to sit through another 2 rounds of assessments of aggressive questioning of my CV whilst being warned by existing employees that it is not your ‘usual’ company to work for….

Interview
They had us prepare a 10 min presentation on Apples & Pears followed by a brief interview. In the interview, they talk about previous experience and really try to sell the company to you.

Question 1
Didn't really ask any, they rushed the interview, didn't ask much, felt like they really could not be bothered. Never even heard back from them. Also showed no interest or engagement at all during the presentation despite it being an interactive presentation.
