I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tetra Insights (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was long - two months. Spoke mostly with the co-founders. The conversations were good and in-depth human-to-human type conversations, really getting to know you as a person. Went through 5 interviews throughout almost two months' time and then only heard back from the company (via email) after reaching out to them, to let me know they hired someone else. I was disappointed with the experience in the end. It was a lot of time and back and forth with little respect for the candidate and the amount of time invested in the interview process to not follow back up and then to only send an email response. I'm sure the kinks will work out as they get larger and more structure; however, inconsistency in actions and words throughout the interview process.
