Long, and poorly managed interview process. You go through several technical rounds with engineers, managers and the co-founders. expect them to be late, unprepared and have little idea who you are or which stage of the process you're in. Throughout the process they'll keep lowballing you. Even after you pass all the rounds, they'll come back with an offer that's lower than what was originally discussed. It feels like they deliberately drag you through multiple rounds only to cut compensation at the end. They expect long term loyalty and "commitment", yet offer below market pay and treat candidates with little respect. Avoid, there are better companies out there that are not trying to take advantage of LATAM talent by paying them as little as they can.

WASTED TIME!!! IT'S NOT WORTHY!!! They took 2 months to shortlist who would participate in live codes. The live code was easy, I solved it without problem. Surprisingly, after two weeks they informed me that I didn't pass and that due to high number of applications THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY FEEDBACK!!
